If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Deccan Books

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to deccanbooks.com, accessible from https://deccanbooks.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

if buyer intimates regarding the cancellation of the order before its shipping then deccanbooks may cancel the order and refund the amount.  .

Conditions for Returns

Once purchased, book cannot be returned

In case of book received with faulty printing, blank pages, missing pages. Or if the buyer received a different book than what was ordered, we provide free exchange of the book. 

Buyer has to ship the faulty book only via Indian post with registered printed book mode whose shipping charges will be paid by Poonam agency and new book will be shipped only after the recipt of the faulty book.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
